To join DWLA, fill out the membership application below, sign the waiver and send with your payment of $50, payable to DWLA as instructed on application. If you have any questions about membership, please contact

Membership includes a $20 activation fee + $30 annual dues (ex. $50 the 1st year, and $30 every year after)
